1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, services, and activities provided by Hawama Kiteboarding (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By booking a lesson, activity, or service with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in EUR.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time (confirmed bookings are not affected)
Payment terms:
A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid before or at the start of the activity
Payments may be processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
5. Weather Conditions
Kiteboarding, Wing-foiling, Surfing and Water Sports depend on natural conditions. If conditions are unsafe or unsuitable, we may:
- Reschedule the session, in consultation with the participant
- Offer alternative activities
- Provide a credit or partial refund if rescheduling is not possible
The final decision on safety conditions remains with Hawama Kiteboarding.
7. Safety & Instructions
- All participants must follow instructor guidance at all times
- Safety equipment must be used as instructed
- Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the session without refund
9. Insurance
Participants are responsible for their own personal insurance.
We strongly recommend travel and sports insurance covering kiteboarding and water activities.
11. Photos & Media
Photos and videos may be taken during activities.
These may be used for promotional purposes (website, social media).
We will request your consent before use.
You may request removal at any time.
12. Equipment Use
All equipment provided must be used responsibly.
Any damage caused by misuse or negligence may be charged to the participant.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Morocco.
2. Booking & Reservations
All bookings must be made via our website, email, or direct communication through Phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram.
A booking is confirmed only after the receipt of a deposit or full payment and a written confirmation from us.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Client cancellations:
More than 14 days before the activity → full refund or reschedule
3–7 days before → partial refund or credit
Less than 72 hours → no refund
No-show: No refund will be issued
6. Force Majeure
We reserve the right to cancel the course in the event of force majeure. We are not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including:
- Extreme weather
- Natural events
- Travel disruptions
- Government restrictions
8. Health & Physical Condition
By participating, you confirm that:
- You are in good physical condition
- You have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation
- You inform us of any relevant health issues in advance
We reserve the right to refuse participation if safety is at risk.
10. Liability & Assumption of Risk
Water sports involve inherent risks, including injury or accident.
By participating, you acknowledge that:
- You understand and accept these risks
- You participate voluntarily
Hawama Kiteboarding, its instructors, and partners shall not be held liable for:
- Injuries or accidents during activities
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
- Delays or cancellations due to weather or unforeseen circumstances
Except where required by applicable law.
13. Punctuality
Participants must arrive on time.
Late arrivals may result in shortened or canceled sessions without refund.
